The SENSOR-1 Grain Drill Population Sensors have three infrared lights to provide the capability of monitoring high-rate population when drilling soybeans, or other types of seeds (this sensor can count wheat, but not at 100% accuracy). These drill sensors assure the best possible seed population. The unique design is made to all Sensor-1 quality standards. Grain Drill Population Sensors are field tested and constructed of solid-state electronics encased in an injection-molded plastic housing and protected by a special epoxy. Special configurations are available for different needs. This Grain Drill Sensor is only available with Weather-Pack connector. Sensors have 33” leads.

The SENSOR-1 Grain Drill Seed Flow Sensors are field tested and constructed of solid-state electronics encased in an injection-molded plastic housing and protected by a special epoxy. Whatever the drill owner’s preference: two
sensors on each end of the drill compartment to determine if ends are out of seeds and if the shaft failed to rotate; or one drill with sensors on each row to detect if a row is clogged. SENSOR-1 Grain Drill Sensors are adaptable to most types of drills. Population Grain Drill Sensors are also available. Sensors have 33” leads.

The Grain Drill Seed Flow Sensor is designed for single seed drop population count. This sensor is not accurate for multiple seed drop. The Grain Drill Seed Flow Sensor comes with Weather-Pack Connectors. Infrared Sensors are available for multiple seed drop population count. Sensors have 6” leads.

This sensor is used on most air planters for seed flow or population count. The Air Planter Sensor is designed for single seed drop for population count or seed flow. This type of sensor is not accurate with multiple seed dropping used on drills.
The connector for the Air Planter Sensor is available in two types of configurations: 3 individual AMP or Weather-Pack Connector. Sensors have 33” leads.
