Warranty

Sensor-1 is the Warrantor who offers a limited 1 year warranty as of January 1, 2014. Our warranty covers products manufactured by RVC Manufacturing Company. Sensor-1 is located at 202 Main Street, Princeton, Kansas 66078. The duration of the warranty for Sensor-1 manufactured equipment and products (excluding planter/drill monitors) is for 1 year from the date of delivery to the carrier. The Warrantor warrants to the Buyer that the product(s) sold hereunder are free from defects to material and workmanship, under normal use and service, in the hands of the original buyer.

If goods are defective and noted requirements are met, the defective goods will be replaced with identical goods. If identical goods are not available, the Buyer my elect to receive a refund of the purchase price for the defective goods, or the Buyer may order similar goods. The refund for defective goods shall not exceed the purchase price of the defective goods. No allowance shall be made for labor or expense of repairing goods without prior approval in writing by the Warrantor. The Buyer's remedy under this warranty does not include incidental or consequential damages.

For products not manufactured by the Warrantor, the Warrantor warrants these products to the extent of the warranties of their respective manufactures. There are no warranties which extend beyond this limited warranty, including the implied warranty of merchantability. Dealers or representatives shall not make any representation in regard to particular goods except as authorized by the Warrantor through a written warranty accompanying those particular goods.

Sensor-1 is not responsible for the shipping and handling charges on returned items or warranty issues.

Return Policy

Sensor-1 Offers a full refund or replacement for merchandise returned unused, in resalable condition. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of the original invoice date. All returned items must be accompanies by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). You may obtain a RMA# by calling a Sensor-1 service representative at 1-800-736-7671.

All returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any item that is returned within the warranty period as defective will be tested by one of our technicians and either repaired or replaced. Any parts returned that have been used will be replaced or repaired and returned to sender. If credit is required, a 15% restocking fee is charged. Parts returned due to customer error will be subject to a restocking fee. Any non-catalog or custom items are non-returnable. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
