The Sensor-1 Monitor Repair Center offers complete check-ups, cleaning and repair services to ALL types of monitors by professionally trained technicians using state-of-the-art equipment.



CHECK-UP FEE

In the event a monitor is received that has no apparent failure, a "Monitor Check-Up" fee will be charged. This fee includes a full electronic evaluation and cleaning. Our service department has a turn around time of only 24-72 hours maximum with state-of-the-art equipment and technicians. If your monitor is in need of repair, SENSOR-1 will contact you with the additional cost for repair. Monitor Check-Up fees vary depending on how much labor and parts are put into a particular unit. Our Monitor Check-Up fee covers, but is not limited to, the following parts & labor: Visually inspect unit for cold solder joint, broken wires, rodent damage, disassemble and clean board connections on units with multiple boards (scale boxes, population planter monitors), test all functions of the monitor for proper operation, clean lamp sockets, reassemble unit and perform final checkout, and/or supply free phone support to help troubleshoot problem on system.

LIABILITY

SENSOR-1 is liable only to and not exceeding the price paid for an item or service. SENSOR-1 assumes no liability for field calls, lost items or any other charges surrounding a condition related to a product or service purchased from SENSOR-1.

REPAIRED UNITS

All repaired units, with the exception of a few, are covered by a 1 year warranty against any type of failure. This warranty covers the repaired operation of the unit only. If any repaired function should fail within the year, SENSOR-1 will, at their discretion, repair or refund the original repair amount. This does not apply to damage or failure from accident, abuse, neglect, or natural disasters.

UNITS NOT CLAIMED AFTER 30 DAYS

Any units left with us and not claimed 30 days after being notified will be sent a registered letter stating that the unit will be shipped to customer COD. If it is returned to us it will be sold to cover the cost of repairs at the end of an additional 30 days.

WHOLE GOODS

Products not manufactured by the SENSOR-1 Corporation will carry the manufacturer’s warranty. Products manufactured by SENSOR-1 will be warranted by SENSOR-1. Any product sold by SENSOR-1 has a 30-day "No Questions Asked" return policy. (Units must be returned unused and undamaged with original papers and packaging.)

HOW TO SHIP YOUR MONITOR TO SENSOR-1

On your product itself, please label or mark with your name, return address & phone number, Use proper shipping container & packaging material to protect your product from damage. For your protection, return product via UPS or insured mail (insure to cover the replacement cost
of unit).
